My car brakes were making a terrible squealing noise -- worse over the past two months but really a problem ever since I purchased the car (despite it being new). Joe did an inspection and reported that, from a functional standpoint, the brakes were fine. However, the break pads were a cheap brand and were definitely causing the noise. I opted to get the brakes changed to eliminate the noise. Joe put in new high quality break pads -- and did other stuff (resurface/reinstall the brake rotors, oil change, new air filter, etc) -- and voila! the noise is gone ... and my car is quieter than when I drove it off the dealership lot! If you want quality work at a fair price -- and want to support an honest local business owner with great customer service -- come here. I plan on doing so from here on out. - Philip H.
